Cults

Braemar Cults is a suburb to the west of Aberdeen on the A93, Royal Deeside route, 5 miles from the city centre. It lies on the banks of the River Dee and is ideally situated for commuting to Aberdeen or for touring the surrounding castle, whisky or coastal trails.

Cults offers a comprehensive range of local amenities: food and clothes shops, chemists, dry cleaners, post office, off-licenses, hairdressers, hotel, library, video hire and churches.

Peterculter

Peterculter, at the gateway of Royal Deeside, is a popular established residential area which offers an abundance of amenities including an extensive mini-mart, baker, post office, hairdresser, pubs, Chinese restaurant, chip-shop, take-away, health centre and church. The area is also well served by recreational and sporting attractions including a library, community centre, 18 Hole Golf Course with Club House, hill walking and fishing. A regular bus service runs to Aberdeen city and westwards along Royal Deeside to Braemar.
